Brett Favre discloses Parkinson’s disease diagnosis to Congress

While Favre denies any wrongdoing and is repaying some of the money, critics like U.S. Rep. Linda Sanchez called for TANF reforms to prevent wealthy individuals from exploiting the system. Favre’s testimony highlighted the complexities of balancing public support for athletes with ethical considerations when accepting public funds.
