Ye’s former assistant has filed an amended lawsuit accusing the rapper, who legally changed his name from Kanye West, of drugging and sexually assaulting her, trafficking others, using job openings to recruit sex partners, and requesting her to deliver him “sex honey.” The lawsuit claims that Ye attacked Lauren Pisciotta in a hotel room, drugged her at a recording studio, and used work visas and product photo shoots to recruit potential sex partners. It also alleges that Ye shared videos of sexual encounters, offered sex partners and trafficked individuals as gifts, and attempted to have sex with Pisciotta against her objections. The suit includes new incidents of sexual battery, one of which allegedly took place while working on the album “Donda” in San Francisco in 2021.
Ye’s representative did not immediately respond to detailed questions about the allegations, but in the past, denied the accusations and alleged that the plaintiff had attempted to coerce employment and benefits from the rapper. The lawsuit also claims that Ye used his wealth, influence, and power to pursue sexual gratification and exploitation of his victims, including Pisciotta. The suit alleges that Ye used employment opportunities to lure sex partners and engaged in sexual activities in company bathrooms and dressing rooms.
The original and amended lawsuits include claims of wrongful termination, breach of contract, sexual harassment, hostile work environment, unlawful retaliation, emotional distress, false imprisonment, sexual battery, and infliction of emotional distress. Pisciotta is seeking compensation, punitive damages, attorney’s fees, and any other relief approved by the court. This lawsuit sheds light on disturbing allegations against Ye and his behavior towards his former assistant.
