Emergency crews tackle fire at Providence residence – WPRI.com


Fire crews in Providence responded to a house fire on Monday afternoon. The fire reportedly broke out at a multi-family home on Manton Avenue in the city.

The Providence Fire Department received multiple calls about the fire around 2 p.m. and quickly dispatched units to the scene. When crews arrived, heavy smoke and flames were visible from the building.
