Providence Hands Off protest draws hundreds of participants

Providence, R.I. (WJAR) – The second “Hands Off” protest was held in Providence on Saturday, joining over 400 other rallies across the country. Participants gathered to protest the Trump Administration and what they perceive as a “hostile government takeover”. The administration states their goal is to increase government efficiency, enhance national security, and create more job opportunities for American workers.

This protest follows the first round of Hands Off protests that occurred earlier in the month. Supporters are voicing their concerns about the current administration’s policies and actions, with a focus on resisting what they see as a threat to their rights and freedoms.

The Hands Off movement is gaining momentum nationwide as individuals come together to stand up against government policies they believe are harmful and detrimental to the nation. Through peaceful protests and demonstrations, participants are expressing their discontent and determination to bring about change.
