PSUT Hosts National Council Delegation to Discuss Advanced Technologies
AMMAN – Wejdan Abu Elhaija, President of Princess Sumaya University for Technology (PSUT), welcomed a delegation from the National Council for Future Technology during their Advanced Technologies Committee activities. The delegation, led by AI and autonomous systems expert Paul Mitchell, engaged with university officials including Vice President Bassam Hammo and Director of International Relations Sufyan Majali.
In her opening remarks, Abu Elhaija emphasized the university’s significant achievements under HRH Princess Sumaya bint El Hassan, Chairman of the University’s Board of Trustees. She highlighted their ongoing efforts to advance higher education and scientific research, particularly in alignment with technology and innovation.
The event featured a discussion session focused on artificial intelligence and autonomous systems, moderated by Amjad Mousa, Vice Dean of the King Abdullah II School of Engineering. The session sought to strengthen research collaborations in advanced technology and nurture national talent.
