Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – In a significant move for the Kingdom’s real estate and tourism sectors, Sumou Global Investment has teamed up with Canada’s GolfNorth to create luxurious golf communities and resort destinations across Saudi Arabia, the Middle East, and North Africa. This partnership aims to align with the Saudi government’s Vision 2030, focusing on sustainable development and ecological goals by transforming the Kingdom’s landscape into a hub for luxury living and tourism.

Each luxury destination will feature high-end developments, including spacious villas and residences set against breathtaking natural landscapes, championship golf courses crafted by renowned international architects, and world-class hotels and wellness retreats. This initiative intends to cater not only to residents but also to international travelers seeking exceptional experiences.

Sumou Global Investment, a leading real estate developer in Saudi Arabia, manages over 60 million square meters of land and boasts a history of transformative projects like Dhahiat Murouj Jeddah and Sumou Towers. GolfNorth, Canada’s foremost multi-course operator, will bring its extensive expertise in golf course management, ensuring tournament-grade maintenance and sustainable practices, including water conservation.
