Synpulse Appoints Jieke Pan as Chief Technology Officer
Zurich, Switzerland – Synpulse, a consultancy dedicated to the financial services sector, has announced the appointment of Jieke Pan as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Pan, who brings over two decades of experience in digital transformation and product innovation, aims to propel Synpulse’s technological advancements.
With a notable history as CTO of Hexaware’s digital and software division for EMEA and APAC, Pan has demonstrated a talent for fostering collaborative engineering cultures. He has also served as a CTO Advisor and Enterprise Architect for various high-profile clients in banking and insurance. In his new role, Pan will lead Synpulse’s global engineering team in developing customized solutions and innovative products while overseeing managed platform services.
One of his primary objectives will be evolving PULSE8, Synpulse’s orchestration platform, which integrates seamlessly with legacy systems to enhance the financial services landscape. This platform’s capabilities include unifying data and streamlining processes, with plans to incorporate advanced AI features to meet increasing industry demands for sophisticated technological solutions.
His appointment comes shortly after the successful launch of Synpulse8 in 2022, which has already achieved significant milestones, such as the deployment of the Synpulse8 Wealth Cockpit in Thailand, the introduction of the OpenWealth API Standard at LGT, and creating a reinsurance underwriting workbench for MS Reinsurance.
“I am excited to join Synpulse8 and lead it into the future. Together, we will bring PULSE8 to new heights,” stated Pan. Synpulse’s Managing Partner Salomon Wettstein emphasized that Pan’s expertise would be critical in furthering the company’s solutions. The team is optimistic that Pan’s leadership will enhance Synpulse’s technology offerings and collaborative culture, positioning the firm for continued success in the financial sector.
