Exciting Event: Las Guaracheras, the All-Female Latin Music Sextet, Takes Center Stage
Cali, Colombia’s all-female Latin Music sextet, Las Guaracheras, is set to electrify audiences with their vibrant performances grounded in Afro-Caribbean rhythms and Colombian Pacific music. The group is dedicated to uplifting the voices of women in the Latin music industry, celebrating themes of love, resilience, and creativity through powerful lyrics and dynamic compositions.
As they tour across the Americas and Europe, Las Guaracheras have captivated listeners from Bogotá to Barcelona with their phenomenal range of instrumentation, including vibraphone, percussion, bass, and piano. Their music invites audiences to the dance floor, resonating joy, memory, and transformation.
Ahead of their highly anticipated performance, fans are invited to an intimate "Artist Up-Close" session at 5 PM at the Bandstand. This bilingual workshop will feature insights into the band’s career, roots, and experiences in the U.S., along with an interactive demonstration of their diverse musical genres. Attendees can also engage directly with the artists during a Q&A session.
