West Warwick, RI – May 20, 2025 – The Chariho Chargers extended their winning streak to five games with a commanding 5-0 victory over the West Warwick Wizards on Tuesday. Star pitcher Landon Sumner stole the show, showcasing his skills on the mound with an impressive 14 strikeouts over seven innings, allowing only two hits and no earned runs. Sumner also contributed offensively, going 1-for-3 with a run and an RBI.
Rohan Downing was another key player, achieving a career-high with two RBIs from a 2-for-4 performance that included a triple.
