Overnight temperatures have dropped, turning rain into snow showers this morning as a weather system moves on. Yesterday’s damp and gloomy conditions will be replaced by chilly sunshine later. Most areas received between 0.25-0.75″ of rainfall, with some seeing a light dusting of snow. Temperatures will decrease post cold front, with clear skies tonight leading to single digit temperatures in interior locations tomorrow. Snow/rain is expected Sunday night into Monday morning, with slushy accumulation north of I-95 & I-195. By Monday afternoon, everything will melt as temperatures reach the mid 40s. A potential weather system on Wednesday night remains uncertain, with models predicting different types of precipitation. Storm Team 10 will provide updates on this system and tomorrow night’s snow/rain. Stay tuned for more information.
